Toledo Kennel Club AKC Rally Trials

Note: The Basic Course 1st Lession is 2hrs.

In Rally, a dog and their handler move together through a course made up of 10-20 signs. Each sign displays a skill to perform such as turns or behaviors like sit, down, or stay. The dog and handler work together and should show a sense of teamwork and enthusiasm throughout the course. Rally is not only a great way to practice your obedience commands while having FUN, it is also an AKC Event. Now that you & your dog have learned to properly perform the individual sign skills, It is Time to Enter the AKC Rally Obedience Trials. Earning AKC Ribbons & Titles! For each Rally Title Level you must attain a Qualifying score (Q), on 3, 10, or 20 Rally course runs to earn Your AKC Event Title & Ribbon. Currently there are 8 Rally levels: Rally Novice (need 3 Q's), Rally Intermediate (need 3 Q's), Rally Advance (need 3 Q's), Rally Excellent (need 3 Q's), Rally Master (need 10 Q's), Rally Choice (need 10 Q's), Advanced Excellent (need 10 double Q's), and Champion (need 20 triple Q's).
